BYD 35-240mm² 1-10KV Overhead Insulated Power Line Electric-check Grounding Ring Device
BYD type electric inspection grounding ring device has the protection device to prevent the overhead insulated conductor from being broken by lightning and used for electric inspection and temporary grounding during maintenance and construction. BYD type electric inspection grounding ring device is a two-in-one product installed on the load side of the line insulator, specially used to prevent the lightning strike of overhead conductors of 10-20KV and below, and used for electric inspection and grounding devices during maintenance and construction.
Product Description
Product features
1. It is a new two-in-one structure BYD type grounding ring device for electricity inspection, which is mainly composed of an insulating shield, a compression nut, a pressure block, a wire clamp seat and an insulating multi-purpose ring.
2. The insulating shield is made of composite material, which has good insulating properties, performance and flame retardant properties. It can be assembled on the outside of the upper metal cap to play an insulating and protective role.
3. The multi-purpose ring is a part that combines the arc ignition rod and the electric inspection grounding ring into one. When a lightning strike occurs, the discharge between the arc rod and the metal part of the insulator makes the freewheeling power frequency arc move to the arc rod and burn, thereby protecting the insulated wire from damage. During maintenance and construction, it can be used for electricity inspection and temporary grounding device.
4. An insulating layer made of composite material is assembled on the outside of the multi-purpose ring, which can improve its insulating level.
5. Has a variety of uses, easy installation and construction, performance, and can reduce the labor intensity of operators.
6. A structure to prevent short circuit hazards to overhead conductors by birds.
7. It can withstand the burning of power frequency and high current arc for many times.
